Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had an excellent experience at Firestone! From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, friendly, and honest. A special thank you to Abraham for providing outstanding customer service. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done without making me feel pressured. It’s hard to find technicians who are both knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers, and Abraham definitely went above and beyond. My vehicle was serviced efficiently, and I left feeling confident that it was safe to drive. I highly recommend Firestone, and if you have the chance to work with Abraham, you’re in great hands!

Staff were very friendly. So easy to check in and out. Very resonable price. Definitely I am going to come back. Fast and efficient.

Ramon and Rolando got me in actually earlier than my appointment time. Professional, efficient and of most importance, they had a lift to fit our huge van. After a Sunday afternoon blowout on I94 I got incredible service to get back on the road by Jensen Towing in Hixton Wisconsin. That ‘new’ tire was recommended to be my new spare and Firestone West St Paul got me two tires, remounted and repositioned my new spare and got us road ready. I also got a way -overdue fuel cleaning for our 17 hour return trip from StPaul to Charleston SC. Extremely confident that our return trip will be uneventful but even if we run into another issue, Firestone centers are always within reach all the way home.

Ramon helped me out and was informative, professional, and kind. My my experience so quick, convenient, and pleasant. This specific Firestone location is very clean and very friendly. I came in for a tire patch and because of my good experience I plan to come here for all of my future auto needs.

I usually don't write reviews but I really feel that these three guys at the Firestone on Roberts St. in St. Paul Minnesota - Patrick, Ramon, and Abraham are an outstanding and essential part of your business. Without their help and dedication I would currently have a major issue diagnosing and repairing my vehicle. They have earned my trust and I will return to this location only. It is very hard to find a place with awesome people who are eager to help find a solution and not charge you for several other things that didn't need repaired just to max out their revenue. I hope that this helps anyone looking for a place to take their vehicle, and I also hope this helps the corporate office extend their appreciation to this team for the hard work they put in. Thanks again, Patrick, Ramon and Abraham!
